This is a nice ending to a meal or between meal snack. If you added your favorite protein powder then it would suffice as a meal. It is creamy because of the avocado, and full of calcium because of the almond milk brand, and chia seeds, like 64% of your day’s supply. Something about mint that is so refreshing, however, you can leave it out as well.
- 1 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 C Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2T Chia Seeds
- 4 leaves fresh mint
- 5-8 drops of stevia (when not detoxing you can use 1 medjool date)
Blend on High for at least a minute. Pour and dress your drink with a sprig of mint and a few frozen berries. This can be a one or two serving and great to share with a friend.
